Contest Rules

The Entry Fee for each piece of art is $2

1. You may enter as many artworks each CONTEST as you would like

2. You may enter artwork that has won art contest awards in other shows

3. ALL entries will be displayed on this website. Each entry becomes part of the public, historical online contest catalog. Winners will be asked to submit a bio for our monthly magazine!

4. Your art must be your own original concept and not a copy of anyone else's copyrighted material

5. (If your image infringes upon another's copyright it will be disqualified)

6. You may only submit your own artworks that you, personally created.

7. If your art piece is found to be invalid to its owner, the user will be removed from the site with No Refund

8. No restriction on subject matter, just keep it clean please.

9. You may upload whatever image size you are comfortable sharing(We suggest a minimum of 600 pixels on the longest side so the judge has enough resolution to discern details)

10. All submissions must be made through this website. Email submissions and/or physical submission can't be accepted.

11. By entering this art competition, you are granting us a non-exclusive perpetual license to reproduce images of your artwork (on this website and in our newsletters...with credit and links to you, of course)

12. All cash awards will be paid via PayPal to your EMAIL. Make sure you have one! We can also send a check. 

13. By entering the competition, you agree to abide by all rules.

14. We believe in respecting fellow artists and one another's artworks - therefore, You may not criticize, make derogatory or otherwise inappropriate comments anywhere on ArtPool or in any other public forum about any other artist or in the contest (or his/her works). Doing so will result in disqualification of your art from the contest, along with termination of your  account.
